To a
small saucepan add oats, grated apple, maple syrup, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg and almond milk – cook for 5 minutes

To a
small frying pan add olive oil, sliced apple and maple syrup – cook along side the oats

Serve in a bowl, place the sliced apple on top with a sprinkle of chopped walnuts
