    To a small container add oats, flaxseeds, chia seeds and almond milk – mix together and place in the fridge overnight or for at least 6 hours

    Once ready to eat, take it from the fridge and add banana, strawberries, raspberries and blueberries

    Sprinkle on top flaked almonds and sunflower seeds

  4. 4

    Finish with a drizzling of maple syrup
