Instructions

Fry bacon in olive oil until browned
- 2.
Add broccoli, leek and mushrooms with a pinch of salt – sauté ~3mins
- 3.
Add flour and stir through, then slowly add the milk in stages until smooth ~4 mins
- 4.
Add the mustard, and crumble in the stock cube – cook ~5 mins
- 5.
Mix in the cooked chicken and take it off the heat
- 6.
Move the mixture to a oven dish and cover with puff pastry
- 7.
Make a few pricks in the pastry and cook for 30 mins
