Instructions
- 1.
Fry sausages in a
large pan until golden, then set aside on a bowl - 2.
To the same
pan, sauté leek, garlic and chilli flakes ~3 mins - 3.
Add tomato purée and cook ~1 min, then pour in a splash of water to deglaze the pan
- 4.
Stir in the gnocchi, with tomato passata and chicken stock
- 5.
Add the sausages and soft cheese – cook ~5 mins
- 6.
Stir through basil and serve
