  1. 1.

    Boil some water in a kettle, pour it into a bowl and place another bowl on top making sure the bottom of the top bowl is touching the water

  2. 2.

    Add the chocolate to the top bowl and wait for it to melt

  3. 3.

    Cut the dates down the middle and remove the seed

  4. 4.

    To a clean bowl add the raspberries and peanut butter – mashing it all together

  5. 5.

    Spoon the raspberry and peanut butter mix into each date

  6. 6.

    Coat the dates in the melted chocolate and place in the fridge for 10-20 mins until chocolate has hardened
