Instructions
- 1.
To a pan, add olive oil and sausages – fry for ~5 mins until cooked
- 2.
To the pan, add uncooked pasta, double cream, chicken stock, tomato passata, garlic and Italian seasoning
- 3.
Stir everything together and cover with a lid – cook for ~15 mins, making sure to stir often
- 4.
Add spinach and stir through – cook for ~3 mins
- 5.
Serve with a sprinkle of chilli flakes, salt and black pepper
