To a salad bowl add chickpeas, dates, feta, avocado, cucumber, rocket and pickled red onion

To a small bowl add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, tahini, dijon mustard, maple syrup and salt – mix until smooth

Pour the sauce over the salad and mix well – top with chopped walnuts
