Instructions

    Marinate the chicken in smoked paprika, garlic granules, chilli powder, salt, pepper and harissa paste

    Next, to a saucepan add giant cous cous and chicken stock, cook until ready and leave to cool

  3. 3.

    To a large mixing bowl, add tomato, onion, parsley, dill, lemon juice, salt and pepper

  4. 4.

    To a small mixing bowl, add yoghurt, vinegar, harissa paste, parsley and dill – mix until smooth

  5. 5.

    Add the sauce to the salad and mix

  6. 6.

    To a large frying pan, add olive oil, and fry the chicken until cooked

  7. 7.

    To the salad, add the cooled cous cous

  8. 8.

    Serve the cous cous salad, topped with chicken, feta and pickled red onion
