Instructions
- 1.
Marinate the chicken in smoked paprika, garlic granules, chilli powder, salt, pepper and harissa paste

Next, to a
saucepan add giant cous cous and chicken stock, cook until ready and leave to cool - 3.
To a
large mixing bowl, add tomato, onion, parsley, dill, lemon juice, salt and pepper - 4.
To a
small mixing bowl, add yoghurt, vinegar, harissa paste, parsley and dill – mix until smooth - 5.
Add the sauce to the salad and mix

To a
large frying pan, add olive oil, and fry the chicken until cooked - 7.
To the salad, add the cooled cous cous
- 8.
Serve the cous cous salad, topped with chicken, feta and pickled red onion
