large frying pan add chickpeas, smoked paprika, harissa paste and tomato purée – cook for 5 mins

To a bowl add spinach, cherry tomatoes, avocado, gherkins, jalapeños, pickled red onion, hummus and the cooked chickpeas – mix it all together and enjoy
