Instructions

Cook macaroni according to instructions
 - 2.
Heat a
 wok on high heat, once hot add the olive oil along with mushroom and onion – cook for ~3 mins - 3.
To the
 wok add the kale – cook for ~3 mins - 4.
To a
 blender add tofu, nutritional yeast, salt, half the lemon juice and a splash of water – blend until smooth - 5.
Once the macaroni is cooked, drain and add to the
 wok along with the sauce from the blender - 6.
Serve with the remaining lemon juice and chopped walnuts
