Instructions
- 1.
Add rice to a
 saucepan and cook according to instructions - 2.
Heat a
 wok on high heat, once hot add the olive oil along with onion and garlic – cook for ~2 mins - 3.
To the
 wok add the mushroom and smoked paprika – cook for ~10 mins until softened - 4.
To a
 blender add tofu, nutritional yeast, dijon mustard, lemon juice and a splash of water – blend until smooth - 5.
Add the sauce to the
 wok – cook for ~3 mins - 6.
Serve with chopped parsley on top – add salt if needed
