Instructions
- 1.
Cook pasta according to instructions in salted water – save a cup of pasta water and drain
- 2.
To a pan, add olive oil, cherry tomatoes, broccoli and garlic – cook for ~5 mins
- 3.
Add the tomato puree and Ottolenghi sauce – mix and cook for ~5 mins
- 4.
Add the prawns and a splash of pasta water – cook until prawns are ready
- 5.
Mix in crème fraiche and pasta
- 6.
Serve with a sprinkle of salt and pepper
