Instructions

Add dates and water into a bowl and place in the microwave for 30 secs

Remove from the microwave and mash with a fork

Add the banana to the bowl and mash with a fork

To a
small saucepan add oats, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, maple syrup and almond milk – cook for 5 minutes

Move to a bowl and sprinkle pumpkin seeds on top
