Instructions
- 1.
Cook pasta according to instructions ~10 minutes – drain once cooked
- 2.
Heat a
wok on high heat, once hot add the olive oil along with chopped onion and sauté for ~4 mins
- 3.
Add the cherry tomatoes and cook until blistered ~4 mins
- 4.
Add the tomato puree, vegetable stock and chopped sundried tomatoes – mix together well
- 5.
Add the pasta to the
wok, mix together well and take off the heat
- 6.
Serve in a bowl with a sprinkle of nutritional yeast on top
