Instructions

    Cook pasta according to instructions ~10 minutes – drain once cooked

    Heat a wok on high heat, once hot add the olive oil along with chopped onion and sauté for ~4 mins

    Add the cherry tomatoes and cook until blistered ~4 mins

  4. 4

    Add the tomato puree, vegetable stock and chopped sundried tomatoes – mix together well

  5. 5

    Add the pasta to the wok, mix together well and take off the heat

  6. 6

    Serve in a bowl with a sprinkle of nutritional yeast on top
