To a bowl, add couscous and hot water

Heat a
wok on high heat, once hot add the olive oil along with onion and mushroom – cook for ~3 mins

Add the crushed garlic along with tomato passata and a splash of water – cook for ~2 mins

Add the mushroom mixture to the bowl and a sprinkle of salt – mix together and enjoy
