Instructions
- 1.
Add dates and water into a bowl and place in the microwave for 30 seconds
- 2.
Remove from the microwave and mash with a fork
- 3.
Microwave for 30 more seconds and mash with a fork until it turns into a paste
- 4.
Stir in the peanut butter until smooth
- 5.
Place the oats, flaxseeds and chia seeds into a
small container
- 6.
Pour the peanut butter mixture into the
container along with almond milk and mix well – place in the fridge overnight or for at least 6 hours
- 7.
Once ready to eat, take it from the fridge and add sliced banana
