Instructions
- 1.
Cook pasta according to instructions – save a cup of pasta water and drain
- 2.
To a
wok, add olive oil and onion – fry for ~5 mins on medium heat - 3.
Add the garlic and chilli flakes – cook for ~1 min
- 4.
Toss in the red pepper and cherry tomatoes – cook for ~5 mins
- 5.
Squeeze in the tomato purée – cook for ~1 min
- 6.
Pour in passata, drained tuna chunks and balsamic vinegar
- 7.
Add in the drained pasta and a splash of pasta water
- 8.
Serve with chopped feta, parsley and lemon zest
